Keep in mind when buying from me of the time competition. I do things a bit different compared to other artists. I am not fast, nor do I rush my work even more so with paid work I want to give you my best. I'm a stickler for my work coming out perfect to my ideal. While I aim to impress and please my clients I also aim to do the same for myself for each piece as if it was portfolio quality.Meaning I take long on each commission. I may even restart it if I personally am displeased and this is no charge on the client. The common wait time is 8-12 months for any completed piece. Why is that? I do concept work for the final product.My process takes time. If I need more time I will alert you. Queue

Please be aware when I take on commissions I take on more than one. Most of the time, I will work oldest to newest by date of commission. I do jump around to other commissions if I feel burned out and directionless. Please do not worry, I only do so to keep myself fresh. For example, if I find a commission complicated, I may work on another between stages so I get a bit of a break, then move on back to yours. So I may work on images that need to be sketched first.No huge delays will be done because of this. If you feel like a lot of commissions are being done before yours, feel free to note or message me expressing your concern or ask for any updates with the update policy seen below. I also have a queue that is updated! Please do not rush your order.

QUOTES

You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for a quote. You must have a valid quote in order to apply for a commission. Quotes will open right before a commission opening. Quote requests must be submitted through the Google Form provided. Quote requests will not be answered through email or social media. Quotes are $10 each and include each detail of the project. They also include the final price of your costume and are valid for TWO commission openings after receiving the quote. Once the quote expires, it is no longer valid and you must apply for a new one. Auctions do not count as commission openings!

Order Information

I accept commission information by email, discord, furaffinity PMs or Twitter DMs. It is the responsibility of the commissioner to provide me with all the necessary information to complete the commission.

Payment Plans & Refunds & Cancelations

* Payments are only accepted in full. Payment is required within 1 week of the commission being accepted. Unless you are doing payment plans which are weekly, Bi-weekly, and or monthly. If payment is not received within that window then NormoStudios reserves the right to cancel the commission.* 30% of the full payment is counted as a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee. This fee covers time taken to discuss commission details and the cost to hold a commission slot.* Must be fully payed before I start!
For customers within the United States, payment is also accepted by direct bank deposit.
*International customers are responsible for all currency exchange fees.
*If a commission is cancelled by NormoStudios due to unexpected events such as illness, family, natural disaster, etc., the client may choose to be refunded in full or receive a partial refund + any fully completed commission parts. NormoStudios reserves the right to cancel any project if the client harasses, threatens or is otherwise unreasonable to work with don't be that person!* If a commission is cancelled by the client or must be cancelled by NormoStudios due to client neglect /harassment, the 30% retainer fee and any currency exchange or payment processor fees will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. Refunds after work has begun can be discussed and will depend on how much progress has been made. NormoStudios reserves the right to keep partially started or completed parts for a project that has been cancelled. Kept parts will be changed from the commissioned character's design and to be sold.* Once a cancellation is confirmed by both the client and NormoStudios, IT IS FINAL.* If a client's PayPal account is being used, the account is verified, and the automatic refund window through PayPal has passed, I may only be able to refund up to a certain amount. This is due to PayPal’s TOS. If this happens, I will refund as much as PayPal allows and contact the client immediately!* If NormoStudios is unable to contact the client for 2 months via email or any social media platforms, the project is considered abandoned and any remaining refund is forfeited. It is not the responsibility of NormoStudios to track clients down by searching for other means of contact.* If you receive a completed comm and decide it is not to your liking visually, a refund will not be granted. I will provide multiple work in progress photos throughout the construction process and changes must be requested during that time.*If a commission is received and there is an issue with it, I will work with the client to solve the issues. I will usually request the piece to be shipped back to me for fixes. As long as the fixes are requested within the 30 day warranty period and the costume pieces have not been altered, NormoStudios will cover everything so don't you worry about a thang!

PAYMENTS

Payment is due up-front before any work has begun.
Payment is in USD ONLY. If you send in another currency, I will send it back and request you to pay the full USD amount.
PayPal only! No e-checksPlease have payment/info ready within 1 week of your commission being accepted. If payment is not provided promptly, your slot may be given up to another at my discretion.This is my full-time job. All payments I receive go immediately to rent, food, transportation, and medical bills. I do have to spend money almost as soon as I make it to survive, often before the commission is complete. Because of this, if there is a situation where a refund is needed, it will take a short duration of time for me to make the money to supply a refund. See below for more refund related statements.Refunds requested by the client are not available for the 30% retainer fee, currency exchange fees or payment processor fees. Refunds are not available on completed commission's.

SHIPPING & DTD'S

*Shipping price will be determined once the comm is completed [this includes shipping supplies like boxes, bags, bubble wrap, tape, actual shipping cost, insurance cost and such]. Clients will be sent an invoice with the price owed and NormoStudios will not ship the costume out until the shipping is paid in full.*For US clients, items will be shipped via USPS or UPS. All items must be fully insured, and tracked. Comms can be picked up locally.*Completed comms will be held for up to 2.5 months. If shipping is not paid within that time frame, the completed parts and any money paid to NormoStudios are forfeited to NormoStudios. NormoStudios reserves the right to alter completed parts and sell them if forfeited.*Items will ONLY be shipped to the address provided by PayPal. There are no exceptions to this.*For international clients, your comms will be shipped via USPS and will be insured/tracked. International shipping can be very expensive. NormoStudios will /not/ lie on Customs Forms. Providing false information on Customs Forms is illegal and I will not risk my business. International clients are fully responsible for their countries’ import fees and/or tariffs. These may apply IN ADDITION to the shipping fee paid to NormoStudios.*Clients are responsible for all shipping fees in regards to sending DTDs, shoes or other supplies to NormoStudios. This includes but not limited to import fees or tariffs if the client is shipping outside of the United States. If NormoStudios is charged import fees or tariffs, the client will receive an invoice regarding these fees. These fees must be paid by the client before any work on the project begins.

Warranty!

*If a comm arrives with a damaged box, please take pictures of the box before opening it.*If the comm inside is damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact NormoStudios immediately so that the shipping provider can be contacted.*All comms have a 30 day warranty, beginning on the day the item is received. I will be more than happy to repair holes, popped seams, places where adhesives fail and other problems where they would be at fault. Misuse of the comm may void any warranty. Any alterations not performed by or approved by me voids the warranty.*Big repairs may be discussed on a case by case basis and fees may apply.*Cleaning fees will apply if costumes are returned dirty and or smelly please wash your suits for love of god 😂😂.*Repairs outside of the warranty may be requested and are dependent on my current queue.*The client is responsible for the shipping fee to and from NormoStudios outside of the warranty period and fees for the repairs.*NormoStudios will not provide free repairs/alterations that may be needed due to incorrect measurements provided or improperly constructed DTDs. If a problem arises during construction, remedies will be discussed with the client at that time.*If repair, cleaning or shipping fees are not paid within 30 days, the repair is considered abandoned and NormoStudios may do what they wish to the comm in their possession. Comms will likely be sent back in their current state.Premades are not guaranteed to fit the buyer. Alterations will not be made to premade costumes unless discussed before the purchase. Fees may apply to alteration requests for premades.

Deadline fees

Deadlines are not free. If you want the work completed at a certain date, you are bumping others on my queue. You must pay for a date for it to be completed and this can be discussed. This fee will depend on your commission type as well rush date. You're quality will not change. The closer the due date the higher the charge on deadline fee added to commission price.

NOTE ABOUT CHARGE BACKS

DON'T. I am easy to talk to and to contact on my work days (not off days because I am unavailable). If I find that you charged me back on me on PayPal with no warning or discussion on an issue with the commission process, I will dispute the claim, and if it is a large amount I will pursue legal action. I will also make a commissioner's beware about you with screenshots provided so others will not have to be put in to the situation. You will be IMMEDIATELY blacklisted and blocked from all of my accounts and from my business.~ This goes for scamming, charging me back after work has been completed.
~ Charging me back without warning during the process.
~Using a charge back as a threat to rush your order over my queue. If the charge back is done as a threat I will refund and blacklist you from any future business.
This is for safety due to past scamming. :3

Comm Posting

NormoStudios reserves the right to post work in progress and finished photos of commissions on social media such as [Facebook, Twitter/Now known as "X", Instagram, BlueSky, TikTok, Patreon and many more.] As they please. Clients may not request to have work in progress or completion photos or videos taken by NormoStudios removed for any reason at all.

Communication

*All communication regarding your commission is to be talked about only through email:[email protected], twitter Dm's, and or telegram please do not make a post on twitter asking me a question about your comm please and thank you!* NormoStudios is Located Norfolk Virginia, USA EST*Sometimes I work over time and sometimes I'll get off a little early as well. I will give the client 48 to 72 to respond to a question about their commission before work is continued. If changes to the commission are requested after that time, fees will almost always apply.*If a client is unable to be reached via email, Telegram, and or Twitter for 30 days, it will be treated as a customer cancellation. Completed parts or parts in progress will be lost and repurposed for sale. Otherwise, a refund [minus the 30% retainer fee, currency conversion fees and payment processor fees] will be applied.

IP'S "Intellectual Property"

Clients maintain rights to any characters they apply with and their design. NormoStudios Comms is given permission to produce (1) one character following the design given by the client.All patterns, shapes and comm parts [unless otherwise stated] are the intellectual property of NormoStudios. Clients may not deconstruct or replicate comm pieces purchased from NormoStudios.

Some other Rules!

  • I have every right to refuse your commission for whatever reason.

  • I will do minor edits on a commission only if the errors are my fault. I will not do your commission all over again. Make sure all your information in the email is correct. Asking for edits once that information was not given I will charge you $100 per edit.
